  • Love yourself!
  • Set a positive intention every morning to start your day.
  • Drink lemon water every morning!
  • Eat nutrient dense foods, but don’t restrict yourself into crazy!
  • Buy local foods and products as much as possible.
  • If you are going to eat animal products choose:
    • pasture raised eggs
    • grass-fed/finished meat
    • pasture raised chicken
    • butter or dairy products from grass-fed cows
  • Consume therapeutic foods such as:
  • Move your body every day!
  • Spend plenty of time outdoors connecting with the earth and grounding yourself.
  • At the end of each day, write down something you are grateful for.
  • Treat yourself to decadence-you deserve it:).
