Macadamia nuts are one of the highest fat nuts making them very rich and decadent with flavor. They are also hand harvested after they fall to the ground, making them a special treat!

Benefits: Macadamia nuts are high in monounsaturated fats, which are heart healthy fats that may lower cholesterol and decrease your risk of heart disease. They also contain palmitoleic acid, a type of monounsaturated that may speed up fat metabolism.

How To Use: Macadamia nuts are super delicious on their own, but are also fabulous in raw desserts, granolas, as a nut milk, or garnish on a salad!

**It’s best to store seeds in the fridge or freezer to keep them from going rancid, but fine to keep in the pantry if you will be using them within a month or two!
