Quick Pickles, or as I like to call them, quickles, are a fast and easy way to make delicious pickles! They are so easy and something that you probably already have the ingredients for right at home! photo 8 Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar (I use raw ACV)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup cucumbers cut to your liking!


  • Boil your vinegar, water, salt, and sugar mixture. Then, add your cut cucumbers and allow them to pickle for as long as you would like (typically 10ish minutes).

This is a simple base recipe that I tend to double or triple and add more to. In the pickle above I added shallots, garlic, green onions, and fennel from my farm box. I cut my cucumbers with a mandolin to make them look like real pickle slices!
