HIIT circuit

This is an awesome HIIT workout which you can opt to do with nothing more than a jumprope…and a set of 10 pound dumbbells if you have them!

Complete this circuit 2 times

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30 second jumprope
  • 12 alternating jumping lunges
  • 30 second jumprope
  • 10 tuck jumps
  • 30 second jump rope
  • 20 squats with dumbbell press
  • 10 burpees
  • 60 second high knees
  • 30 second jump rope
