Seven Layer Bean Dip

photo 3This isn’t your traditional store bought seven layer bean dip that is full of preservatives and crap! This bean dip is packed with protein, healthy fats, and large dose of fiber!

Ingredients:

  • Black beans
  • broccamole or guacamole
  • greek yogurt
  • taco seasoning
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped black olives
  • chopped green onion

Directions:

  • Puree black beans with a little salt until creamy, then place on bottom of pan
  • Next, add your broccamole or guacamole
  • Then, mix greek yogurt with taco seasoning and spread it on for the next layet
  • Finally, top the mix with chopped tomatoes, green onions, and black olives…and cheese too if you want!
