Buffalo Chicken Dip

photo 4This recipe is packed full of protein and major flavor! My mom makes buffalo chicken dip all the time, but this one is quite a bit healthier, but still just as tasty…no one missed the original!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts chopped finely
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • Frank’s hot sauce
  • cheese from grass-fed cows

Directions:

  • Bake chicken and chop
  • Mix chicken with greek yogurt and frank’s hot sauce to taste
  • Place in an oven safe pan and grate cheese on top
  • Bake at 375 for 10 minutes and enjoy!
