Whether or not you liked the outcome of the Super Bowl…you will love this HIIT workout. Actually, you will probably hate it, because it’s ridiculously hard. However, your goals will love it! My team, Team LP3, created this workout as a fun way to get a workout involved with the Super Bowl. I did it today and was close to throwing up…give it a try!
This is a pyramid workout based on the point spread from each quarter, but i’ll break it down to make it really easy!
