IMG_1003You’ll come to find that I love my HIIT workouts…for many many reasons. These workouts seriously shred fat and make you feel like superwoman…or superman! There is no better feeling than finishing up a HIIT workout because you are pushing your body to the limit.

In this HIIT workout you don’t need anything but your strong body, especially your ass, which is gonna feel like jello when you try to walk after this!




  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 45 seconds of squat jumps (ALL OUT!)
  • 30 second break
  • 45 seconds jumping lunges
  • 30 second break
  • 45 seconds of plank jacks (get in high plank, on your hands, and do jumping jack legs while keeping a strong core)
  • 45 second break
  • REPEAT this 5 times!

Now, go purchase some brazilian bikini bottoms, because you’re going to want to show this bootie off by the summer!
