I have a serious obsession with the stair master…Not only for its ability to give me a heart pounding workout that leaves me drenched in sweat, but because it gives you a bootie that will have people staring!
I do almost all of my HIIT workouts on the stair master and they all differ a little, but this one will have you on the floor when you’re done!
Total Time: 25 minutes
2 minutes, warm up! ease into your climb from around a level 5-7, but after that warm up is over sprint your little heart out! For the next 13 minutes sprint at a level 16-18 for 45 seconds and then drop it down to a level 3-5 for 45 seconds to catch your breath. At 14:45 you will be taking a little longer break to catch your breath before doing shorter more intense sprints! Rest until you hit 16 minutes and then put it on the highest level possible… GO FOR 20! and give it your all for 30 seconds, then rest at a level 3 for 30 seconds. Repeat this 5 times and then cool down and try not to barf!
