Cilantro salad

saladThis cilantro salad is perfect by itself, as a topping, or a side dish for a taco night! It’s light, crisp, refreshing, and full of healthy fats from the avocados. It also uses lots of cilantro which is amazing for detoxing, especially from heavy metals, so eat up!

Instructions:

  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped finely
  • 1 avocado cut into cubes
  • 1 large tomato chopped into medium size squares
  • onion (optional)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • cumin, garlic, pepper, and himalayan salt to your liking!
